Offer Agreement

General Provisions

This document is the official offer (public offer) of Fidelis Group LLP, registered under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by an authorized representative acting under the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, to any individual interested in receiving services related to balance top-up on digital platforms (games, Steam, and others), hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”.
This offer governs the procedure for the provision of services, the obligations of the parties, and the terms for placing and fulfilling orders placed on the Seller’s website.

Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to provide services for balance top-up or provision of digital goods/currencies on third-party gaming and digital platforms in the volume, time frame, and at the price agreed upon when placing the order on the website.
The Buyer, in turn, undertakes to pay for the specified services in full and provide accurate information necessary for the execution.
Services are provided remotely via the internet and do not involve physical delivery of goods.

Order Placement Procedure

To receive the service, the Buyer fills out a form on the Seller’s website, providing the necessary data: account ID, platform, required amount or top-up package, contact details, and other information that may be required for accurate execution.
After submitting the form, the Buyer confirms the order and makes payment using available methods on the website. Upon payment, the order is considered accepted for execution.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse to execute the order if the provided information is incomplete or raises doubts about its authenticity.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller undertakes to:
— Properly provide services in accordance with the order;
— Inform the Buyer about the order status;
— Maintain the confidentiality of the Buyer’s data.

The Buyer undertakes to:

— Provide correct information necessary for the order;
— Pay for the services in full;
— Monitor the order status and promptly communicate with the Seller if needed.

The Seller is not responsible for incorrect information provided, failures of third-party platforms, or delays caused by technical issues on partners’ side.

Liability of the Parties

The Parties are liable for failure or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Seller is not liable for the inability to fulfill the order if the reason is due to errors or restrictions imposed on third-party platforms (e.g. account blocking, technical failures, top-up limits, etc.).

Final Provisions

Acceptance of this offer, expressed through the submission and payment of an order, means full agreement of the Buyer with the terms of this agreement.
The Seller has the right to make changes to this offer without prior consent of the Buyer. All changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website.
Familiarization with this offer is the Buyer’s obligation before placing an order.
